Hallelujah is based on the same melody from the Sacred Harp, one of the best-known collections of shapenote tunes in existence. The harmonies have been re-written and an organ part rounds out this excellent tune. THis was written for the Duke Memorial United Methodist Church in Durham, North Carolina.
